Jiangsu Wilmar Grease 1 million Kcal Thermal Oil Furnace Burner Low Nitrogen Transformation Project

Wilmar International is headquartered in Singapore and is a large-scale agribusiness group in Asia. Wilmar International’s business activities include oil palm planting, oilseed pressing, edible oil refining, sugar refining and purification, specialty fats, oleochemicals, biodiesel and fertilizer manufacturing, and grain processing. Wilmar Grease Technology is a wholly-owned enterprise of Wilmar International in China, responsible for the business management, product sales and market expansion of its oil derivatives and biofuels in China.

The processing of high-quality agricultural products makes Wilmar International the first choice for the food manufacturing industry, industrial and consumer catering industries, and its consumer packaging products occupy an important share of the target market. Wilmar Grease Technology is one of China's major oilseed crushers, edible oil refiners, special oils, flour and rice processing manufacturers. The pressing and refining of grease requires a high-temperature and high-pressure refining environment, which places high demands on the thermal oil furnace and its adapted burners.

After the project started, the professional selection team of EBICO visited the site and selected EC3GR (VIC) new low-nitrogen burners for two units of 1 million kcal thermal oil furnaces. This series of burners are suitable for clean energy such as natural gas, and adopt low-nitrogen combustion technologies such as vacuum internal mixing. The third-party authoritative organization detects that the nitrogen oxide emissions are less than 30 mg/m3. EBICO's new burners have been widely reported in the food industry.
