Dongguan Fuzhiyuan Feed’s 85-ton Boiler Supporting Low-nitrogen Burner Project

Dongguan Fuzhiyuan Feed Protein Development Co., Ltd. is located in Sakura Taiying Industrial Park, Hongmei Town, Dongguan City. It has convenient water and land transportation. Water transportation is close to the Pearl River Humen Port, radiating the entire Pearl River Delta, and has a unique geographical location. Its main feed protein (soybean meal, rapeseed meal, sesame meal), feed (operated with a valid license), soybean crude oil, rapeseed crude oil, phospholipids and related feed equipment.

The production, processing and drying of feed products are inseparable from high-temperature steam, and the burner designed and produced by EBICO can ensure the stable and continuous output of high-temperature steam. Considering the on-site working conditions of the target 85-ton boiler, EBICO technical staff adopts the bottom burning method, and a single boiler is equipped with two EC16GR burners that are suitable for natural gas as fuel. Tested by a third-party authoritative organization, the measured nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission after the completion of the project is less than 30mg/Nm3, which fully meets the project expectation of Fuzhiyuan.
