In the service project for Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., LTD., EBICO provided 4 non-standard customized burners for 2 thermal oil furnaces of 15 million kcal and 3.5 million kcal combined with field investigation.

The four burners are both oil and gas non-standard models, which use natural gas, light diesel and exhaust gas as fuel to reduce the operating cost of the product while achieving the effect of reducing pollution.

The EBICO automatic electronic ratio split hot air burner selected in this project can fully match the furnace and burner flame, the multi-channel air nozzle can be rotated 360°, and the air diffusion disk is divided into four levels of air distribution, four channels of oxygen distribution, and three channels of gas ring and then ultra-fine shunt.

In addition, specially designed explosion-proof device, equipped with positive pressure ventilation explosion-proof cabinet, further improve the safety and stability of equipment.
