In order to ensure the high specification of the product, the reaction needs to take place in a closed environment of high temperature and high pressure. The target equipment of this project is the boiler with output capacity of 4.64MW. The operation in the open environment brings challenge to the installation and debugging of the burner. Considering customer demand and site conditions, the Selection team chose EP5GE low-carbon environmental protection burner.
In order to realize the complete combustion of production waste gas, The technical team of EBICO carried out precise calculation, and finally adopted non-standard models.
