After a detailed inspection of the project, professional and technical personnel of EBICO selected 9 EC13GR(type VF) low nitrogen new technology burners for the project. This series of burners is the most advanced international technology low nitrogen energy saving products developed and produced by EBICO, which can fully meet the NOx control within 30mg/m³. For effectively reducing the energy consumption indicators, It is of great benefit to improve the comprehensive efficiency of energy utilization and reduce pollutant discharge.
It is worth mentioning that Tianjin is located in a coastal environment with high salinity, and the project is located outdoors, so EBICO specially equipped it with open-air waterproof and explosion-proof devices, and focused on improving the corrosion resistance of the equipment to cope with various possible emergencies.
In order to ensure the commissioning progress, EBICO technicians were on site in the early morning and late at night, collecting data and working through the night to ensure the project was completed safely and on time.
The burner equipment was running safely, stably and efficiently, with excellent performance indexes, truly achieving both environmental protection and energy saving, and the ignition commissioning was a success!
