In early November, the heating trial operation of the distributed energy cooling, heating and power combined project of BMW Brilliance Tiexi Plant officially started! A total of 10 EBICO ultra-low nitrogen burners have been installed in this project (8 for the first phase and 2 for the second phase).
EBICO and BMW Brilliance have won the first battle!
The first phase of the project’s ignition site was joyous and peaceful. Comrade Min Qiang, deputy director of the Zhongde Park Management Committee, and member of the Party Working Committee, visited the site for inspection and guidance. Jochen Esmann (Mr. Ai Boyuan), project director of BMW Brilliance Tiexi New Plant, and Tiexi New Plant Senior managers Konnerth Wilhelm (Mr. Wei hemu) and Mr. Yue Zhiqiang were present at the scene to witness together.
Tiexi, with a century of industrial history, has played a pivotal role in promoting the industrialization process of the entire Northeast region in historical changes. Therefore, the genes of industrialization are always surging in Tiexi's blood. It is this rich industrial culture atmosphere that attracted BMW Brilliance to take root here.
The BMW Brilliance Tiexi plant covers an area of about 2 million square meters (about the size of three Forbidden City). It is the country’s largest production base for cutting-edge automobiles in the world, with an investment of up to 1.5 billion euros. The triple-supply project can be built to enable the production of new energy vehicles. In order to realize the common and sustainable development of the enterprise, society and the environment, EBICO, as a global leader in the field of heating, has successfully taken over the baton of this large-scale municipal project from the BMW Group, and contributed to the realization of combined cooling, heating and power.
Among the many heating system suppliers, EBICO has stood out with its industry-leading technical advantages and thoughtful service system, and has been favored by the BMW Group. The latest large-scale industrial ultra-low-nitrogen burner developed by EBICO has fully met the needs of this project and fit the user's concept of "advanced, scientific and orderly".
It is expected that the Tiexi plant will officially start production in 2022. EBICO large-scale industrial ultra-low nitrogen burners will stick to the production line of BMW Brilliance, providing continuous and excellent permanent power for the commissioning of new energy vehicles!
According to the on-site inspection by the professional technical team of EBICO, the target boilers of the first phase of the project are 2 units of 2.1MW, 1 unit of 8.4MW, 5 units of 17.5MW hot water boilers, and the second stage are 2 units of 25MW dual-purpose hot water boilers. According to the on-site working conditions, it is adapted to ES and EC series of the latest ultra-low nitrogen burners, of which 5 are EBICO’s new EC-I ultra-low nitrogen burners.
EBICO EC series burners are low-nitrogen and energy-saving product with the latest international cutting-edge technology successfully developed by EBICO. They adopt the combined application of appropriate amount of supermixing, vacuum internal mixing, subsonic speed and other technologies to realize the stable control of NOX emissions within 30mg/m3 without FGR. This series of burners also have a hot-air type series. The main engine can enter hot air below 250°C, which fully meets the low nitrogen requirements such as thermal oil furnaces.
