EBICO Has Helped Advance the Agro-industrial Complex Project Steadily in Belarus

Under the background of "One Belt One Road", domestic companies have become increasingly close to the international market, and Chinese companies are playing an increasingly irreplaceable role in the world economic and trade system. Back in time a few years ago, on November 26, 2016, CITIC Construction and the Belarusian National Biotechnology Company (BNBC) signed the EPC general contract for the Belarusian full-cycle high-tech agro-industrial complex project. The project is located in Pukhovicsky District, Minsk Region, the capital of Belarus. It includes a new amino acid plant, a high-tech balanced compound feed production plant, a grain silo project with drying facilities, a cogeneration power station, as well as railways, roads, natural gas pipelines, and transmission lines and other supporting infrastructure projects.

The Belarusian National Biotechnology Company uses modern biotechnology to deep-process the grains of crops, produce irreplaceable amino acids (lysine, tryptophan, etc.), and further produce high-yield and high-tech balanced compound feeds and biological activators. In this process, the choice of burner can greatly affect the quality of the above-mentioned biological products. Overcoming the unfavorable situation of cross-border cooperation during the epidemic period, EBICO has ensured fast and efficient delivery with steady industry quality, and successfully won the recognition and trust of the project leader.

The target boiler of this project is a 50T natural gas-fired steam boiler. The user requires that the noise should not exceed 85dB when the burner is running smoothly. EBICO adapted a non-standard EC14GR burner to it according to the on-site working conditions. This series of burners use a wide inlet silencer to replace the traditional silencer, providing a quiet audio-visual environment. While it can meet the various needs of users, it can easily reach the nitrogen oxide emission limit set by the local government of Belarus.
