This time, EBICO successfully won the low-nitrogen transformation project of two 6-ton steam boilers and two 20-ton steam boilers of Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd, and the production, installation and debugging of burners have been completed successfully. The cooperation is of great significance to EBICO. With the help of the influential platform of aviation industry - CAC, EBICO enhances the popularity of its burners in the aviation industry, which is a milestone for EBICO.
Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AVIC.CAC or CAC”) is an oversized enterprise affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), which is a large modern aircraft manufacturing enterprise integrating scientific research, production, test and flight test, and an important research and production base of fighter plane in China. After nearly half a century of development, AVIC.CAC, in accordance with the development strategy of “Aviation-Oriented and Civil-Military Combination”, has made important contributions to national defense construction and national economic construction.
The production task of AVIC.CAC is heavy, so it requires short delivery time within 20-30 days. However, it normally takes three months for a qualified burner to be produced, detected and shipped. In order not to affect the customer’s schedule, the production team of EBICO made a detailed production plan and overtime arrangement. At the same time, EBICO provided professional and convenient transportation methods such as road, railway, waterway and aviation to guarantee punctual delivery. Finally, with the joint efforts of all departments, the four burners were delivered to the customer on time.
The selected ES600GGE and EC8GR burners in this project are the key products of EBICO.
