The Guangzhou Zengcheng project of Huadian Group is another big project in energy industry jointly by EBICO and China Huadian Group. It is the largest CCHP project with single unit capacity and the first double H-class gas turbine project in China. As one of the 13th five year plan for energy development in Guangzhou, the project will supply clean energy for enterprises in the urban area and become an important energy support for the whole Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area.
According to the on-site investigation of EBICO technicians, the target boiler is a gas-fired steam boiler with a rated output of 45t / h and a rated steam temperature of 300 ℃. Boiler furnace size: length 11.5m, width 3.5m, height 2.5m. The project requires that the burner regulation ratio shall not be less than 1:6. Combined with many parameters, EBICO EC14GR low nitrogen burner is considered to be the best choice. The maximum output power is 44.65mw, and the maximum gas volume is 4465nm3 / h, which can fully meet the requirements of Huadian Group for burners
EC-GR low nitrogen burner, power range 390-86000kw, single burner is suitable for 6-120t boiler or 0.3-30 million kcal thermal oil furnace. It adopts the technology of all electronic intelligent comparison and adjustment, abstract analog frequency, which can save up to 70% of starting electric energy. At present, it is active in various power plants in the world, including Hangzhou Xiasha power plant, Indonesia Belden power plant, etc., and is the "golden partner" for energy conservation transformation of power engineering projects.
The gas-fired steam boiler uses the natural gas provided by Huadian Fuxin as fuel, and the liquefied natural gas (LNG) of CNOOC is also required. Only on the basis of understanding the composition of fuel, can better combustion effect, energy saving effect and environmental protection effect be achieved through burner. After analysis, the liquefied natural gas is mainly composed of methane (91%) and ethane (7%). Based on this, EBICO technical team has customized it to successfully realize the switching between the two fuels without replacement of parts and without degradation of performance.
EBICO helps Huadian Zengcheng project to supply clean energy such as electric power, steam, refrigeration and domestic hot water for enterprises in the park, and to replace the polluting decentralized boilers such as coal-fired, fuel oil and biomass burning.
