When the burner flame becomes a large fire, the flame goes out or flickers unsteadily.

Common causes

1, small fire damper air volume setting is too large

2、The oil nozzle of the large fire is dirty or damaged

3、High oil viscosity is not easy to atomize

4、Improper distance between the burner and oil nozzle

5、Oil temperature is too high, so that the oil vaporization oil return is not smooth

6、Oil mixed with water

Solution

1、Progressively adjust the dampers smaller

2、Wipe clean or replace the new

3、Dilute the fuel with diesel

4、Adjust in 0-10mm

5、Lower the oil temperature appropriately

6、Change the oil and then retry
