1、Biomass energy
With the tightening of energy conditions and the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, various industries have begun to gradually strengthen their awareness of the use of renewable energy sources, of which the use of biomass energy is currently the most practical and feasible solution. Biomass is the material that exists on earth, it includes all animals, plants and microorganisms and many organic matter derived from these living materials, excretion and metabolism, all kinds of biomass has a certain amount of energy, with biomass as the carrier, the energy generated by biomass is biomass energy.
2、Biomass burner
Biomass burner is a kind of biomass semi-gasification automatic control burner to biomass pellets and other organic biomass as fuel biomass high temperature cracking burner, generally divided into air-cooled biomass burner and water-cooled biomass burner two models.
3, biomass burner applications
At present, biomass burners have been widely used in hot water boilers, steam boilers, painting and ovens, aluminum profiles, aluminum die-casting, aluminum alloy die-casting, centralized melting furnace, copper rod heating, stainless steel casting, chemical drying, spraying, industrial kilns, puffing furnace, aging furnace and other industries with heating.
4、Characteristics of biomass burner
(1) Full combustion of fuel, high efficiency: fuel through high greenhouse combustion cracking, complete combustion, combustion efficiency of more than 93%, no smoke, no smell, no harmful gases.
(2) Heat recycling: circulating air cools down the outside of the high greenhouse and obtains hot air blowing into the high greenhouse to boost combustion, increasing the temperature of the high greenhouse and saving fuel costs even more.
(3) Significant environmental benefits: renewable biomass as an energy fuel, to achieve sustainable use of the source, high-temperature combustion cracking, flue gas emissions of nitrogen oxides, carbon dioxide, dust, etc. very low, high-temperature combustion, tar in the gaseous state of direct combustion, no water washing, no secondary pollution.
(4) Disadvantages: biomass burner is large, occupies space, and the combustion material is solid, there is dust slag deposited in the bottom of the furnace after combustion, and needs to be cleaned regularly.
