In normal operation, if the temperature of the kiln firing zone is low, the opening of the inner wind butterfly valve should be increased and the opening of the outer wind butterfly valve should be reduced to shorten the flame and improve the temperature before kiln. When the sintering temperature is too high, it is necessary to open the outer wind butterfly valve and close the inner wind butterfly valve, so as to make the flame elongate, maintain a certain fast turning rate of the kiln, and improve the output and quality of clinker.
