- The cooling air valve system is set in front of the burner's primary air elbow, and the main equipment is the shut-off valve and the backcheck valve with the actuator. Basic operation requirements are as follows:
1)When the oil gun is put into operation (the valve is opened), air is provided at the initial stage of combustion;
2) When the burner is out of service (the valve is open), provide cooling air to cool the burner's primary air pipe;
3) When burning coal, the shutoff valve will be closed.
- In the process of starting the oil gun operation, coaxial combustion mode of oil and coal is not allowed, that is, the same burner cannot start the oil gun and coal powder at the same time.
- When the burner is put into operation, it is necessary to open the relevant valves on the sealing air duct and cooling air pipe of the burner to prevent the burner from burning.
- When the burner is put into operation, the primary wind speed must not be too high or too low.
- When the burner is out of service, the inlet baffle of the large bellows shall be placed at the cooling position, and the secondary air actuator outside the swirl of the burner shall be placed at the cooling position (commonly known as the off position).
- The burner oil gun shall be operated at regular intervals, and any blockage or inflexibility shall be dealt with in time to ensure that it can be put into use immediately when needed.
- The purge pipe of oil gun and peephole of burner shall be purged regularly to prevent dust accumulation.
