Solution

Insufficient air pressure

Adjust the air pressure to the specified value

The solenoid valve is not tight, air leaks at the connector, check and lock

Clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe connector

Thermal relay open circuit

Press reset button to check the element for damage and motor current

water level, pressure, temperature and whether the program controller is energized for starting

Check the water level, pressure and temperature exceed the limit
