ES-GGE Series Oil and Gas Dual-fuel Project for Lier Chemical

Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture initiated by China Academy of Engineering Physics in 1993, it mainly engaged in the research and development and production of low-toxic and safe pesticides. It is the second enterprise in the world to successfully master the integrated technology of catalytic chlorination system of pyridine compounds.

The two fuel funnels of EBICO’s ES-GGE series ultra-low nitrogen combustion equipment are designed independently, which can realize single fuel combustion of oil or gas and mixed combustion of both. With the help of central premixing and multi-channel air distribution technology, the NOx emission is controlled extremely low, which is controlled stably within 15ppm when burned gas alone. The S-shaped air supply system and additional wide air intake silencer can reduce noise by about 30%, and the application of abstract analog frequency can save up to 70% of starting power.
