100,000 ton/year Evaporation Flake Caustic Soda Project for ShanDong Lutai

Lutai Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Lutai Holding Group, is mainly engaged in chemical production. In order to further extend the industrial chain, they started the 100,000 ton/year evaporation flake caustic soda project, thus further optimized the caustic soda product structure. As a leading company in eco-friendly combustion equipment, EBICO took a great part in this project.

EBICO has solved the safety and environmental protection problems perfectly through its unique technology. Considering hydrogen has a fast combustion speed, a wide explosion limit and a high initial nitrogen oxide emission, so in this project, fuel is provided by mixed combustion of natural gas and hydrogen, and the two gases enter the burner through separate pipelines.
