Non-standard Customized Burner Project for Zhejiang Baling Hengyi 150 t/h Gas Boiler

Hengyi Petrochemical Co. Ltd is one of the leading petrochemical groups in China and the world. At present, it has formed the petrochemical industry chain as the core business and a multi-level industrial layout integrating petrochemical finance and petrochemical trade. Zhejiang Baling HengYI is located in Linjiang Industrial Park, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. It uses caprolactam technology of SINOPEC with independent intellectual property rights to produce chemical raw materials.

In order to ensure the sustainability of heating and power supply of Baling Hengyi Company and ensure the energy demand of caprolactam and other chemical systems for normal operation, EBICO is fortunate to provide low-nitrogen combustion equipment for Baling Hengyi Company. For the gas-fired boiler with a maximum autoclaved capacity of 200T /h, EBICO's technical team customized 2 sets of 156MW energy-saving combustion equipment to achieve efficient energy recycling by using the co-combustion of natural gas and fuel gas.
