Low Nitrogen Burner Project for Inner Mongolia Yihua Chemical 5 Million Calorie Heat-conducting Oil Furnace

Hubei Yihua Group, a comprehensive large-scale chemical enterprise integrating coal, phosphorus and salt chemicals, fine chemicals and new chemical materials under the supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, mainly deals with urea, caustic soda and other chemical products, and has built more than 30 R&D centers and production bases in the country, with products selling well in many countries and regions at home and abroad, and enjoying a good reputation in the market.

Inner Mongolia is deeply promoting the prevention and control of air pollution, focusing on the treatment of three major pollution sources: industry, coal-fired, and transportation, consolidating and improving ambient air quality, and aiming to basically eliminate heavy and above polluted weather in 2025. In response to the government's call, Yihua Group decided to choose a low-NOx burner for its molten salt furnace waste heat recovery project in Inner Mongolia.

The project involved a 5 million calorie molten salt furnace, which required the recycling of waste heat at 350°C hot air temperature. Considering the composition of the exhaust gas, the EP6GE hot air type custom burner was selected and the applicable fuel and combustion method was determined to be non-standard gas mixing, and the ultra-low NOx emission was highly evaluated by the project site manager.
