Low Nitrogen Burner Project for Huizhou Deep Energy 15T/H Start-up Boiler

Huizhou shen energy fengda electric power co.Ltd. is located at No. 11 Jinda Road, Huizhou Huinan Hi-Tech Industrial Park, covering an area of about 180,000 square meters. The company's subsidiary Fengda Power Plant is an important peaking power source closest to the central city of Huizhou, and the two substations that transmit power are important local load support stations in Huizhou. The completion and commissioning of the power plant has effectively eased the electricity tension in Huizhou, strengthened the peaking capacity of the power grid, improved the safety and stability of the power grid operation, provided a strong power guarantee for the stable development of Huizhou's social economy, and achieved good social benefits.

For this project, the target heat equipment was a 15 t/h power station starter boiler. The EC7GR natural gas low nitrogen burner was selected after careful calculations by the EBICO selection team. This series of burners adopts a number of low-NOx combustion technologies such as vector overmixing and central internal mixing, which can reduce the emission of NOx and other pollutants to a very low level. After the commissioning by the after-sales engineer, the emission index of the boiler unit is lower than the latest national environmental protection emission standard.
