Shanxi Fenjiu Group 35t/h Steam Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Modification Project

Fenjiu is produced in Xinghua Village, Fenyang City, Shanxi Province. It has a 6,000-year brewing history and a 300-year brand history. It is a veritable Chinese time-honored brand. Fenjiu Group is mainly engaged in the production and operation of Chinese famous wines-Fenjiu and Zhuye Qingjiu. It also owns my country's well-known brand "Xinghuacun". It is a long-standing large-scale comprehensive state-owned enterprise. It is also one of the 520 national key enterprises and 12 authorized enterprises in Shanxi Province.

Recently, Shanxi Fenjiu Group has carried out environmental protection transformation of the production workshop, and carried out low-nitrogen transformation on nine 35-ton/h steam boilers. Fenjiu Group has cooperated with EBICO for many years, and the two parties once again joined hands in this steam boiler renovation project. During the progress of the project, EBICO technical team went to the site many times to inspect the on-site working conditions, and after repeated calculations, it was fitted with the EC11GR (Type I) steam boiler burner. The burner incorporates super-mixing and multi-channel split-layer combustion technology, and the nitrogen oxide emissions measured by an authoritative third party is lower than 30 mg/m³.
