Low-Nitrogen Burner Project for Chongqing (Fuling) JIANFENG Chemical 75t/h Superheated Steam Boiler

Founded in 1999, Chongqing JIANFENG Chemical Co., Ltd. has developed into a large-scale chemical fertilizer production and operation enterprise, which integrates the departments of R & D, production, sales, service and trade. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 580,000 tons of urea and 50,000 tons of high-concentration compound fertilizer. The series products of JIANFENG brand meet both national standards and international standards. And it is not only sold in 20 provinces and cities and regions in China, but also exported to Southeast Asia and other countries.

JIANFENG promotes a clean and green development strategy, and carries out a low-nitrogen transformation of its existing 75-ton/h superheated steam boiler. After the beginning of the project, EBICO technical team went to the production workshop for on-site inspection and decided to fit the EC15GR (VF) steam boiler burner. This series of burners comprehensively adopt low-nitrogen combustion technologies such as vacuum internal mixing, subsonic speed, and super mixing. It has successfully reached the latest standards for related pollutant emissions in Chongqing after the project is completed.
