Low Nitrogen Burner Project for Nantong NanYa Plastic 65 T/H Gas Boiler

The production process of PVC cling film is complicate, which needs to go through dozens of steps such as kneading, cold mixing, inflation, air ring cooling, splinting, corona, winding, etc. Among which, the inflation and air ring cooling should be carried out in a stable environment with high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, requirements on the comprehensive performance of the burner for boiler is high.

Recently, NanYa Plastics carried out a new gas boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 65 t/h. EBICO successfully won the bid with stable performance. Considering the working environment of the project site and customer needs, EBICO technical team selected EC16GR burner for the boiler, of which the fuel is natural gas. The power range of this series of gas boiler burner is 390-86000kw, which can be adapted to steam boilers of 0.5-120 t/h. Comprehensive ultra-mixing, central separation and other technologies were used, and after the completion of the project, it has successfully made ultra-low emissions of nitrogen oxides below 30 mg/m³.
