Xinjiang HIMALI Thermal Power 58MW Hot Water Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Retrofit Project

Xinjiang HIMALI Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established on January 26, 2007, and is located at No. 188, Tianjin South Road, High-tech Zone (New Urban District), Urumqi, Xinjiang. The company has been developing continuously for more than 10 years, and its business scope includes heating operation service; control equipment, electronic component manufacturing; mechanical equipment, environmental protection and greening equipment, etc.

With the opening of the Xinjiang heating season in October, dozens of heating companies, including HIMALI Thermal Power Company, have begun to implement district heating in an orderly manner. As the "main force" in Xinjiang's thermal power market, EBICO burners are active in dozens of first-line heating stations, ensuring the safe and stable operation of hot water boilers in the stations.

In response to the technical transformation requirements of the HIMALI 58MW hot water boiler, EBICO selection team choose it with the EC17GR low-nitrogen burner, which is suitable for natural gas as fuel. This is the choice made by the EBICO selection team based on the past experience of Xinjiang's low-nitrogen transformation and the actual needs of customers. The comprehensive application of super-mixing and multi-channel split-layer technology effectively reduces nitrogen oxide emissions. The measured nitrogen oxide emissions under bare machine conditions are less than 50 mg/m3, which fully realizes the original intention of the HIMALI thermal technology transformation project.
