Belarus Agro-industrial Complex 50-ton Gas-fired Boiler Supporting Low-nitrogen Burner Project

The Belarusian agro-industrial complex project has a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan. It is located in Pukhovic District of Minsk Region (Upolki Village), with a plot of 35km away from Minsk. The nearest city is Rudensk, the distance is 8km. The area is located to the east of the thermal power plant and to the west of Ubolki village. The north side of the land is connected with the highway H9381 Stanki-Ennelkia-Beloye-Drichen of the Minsk State Highway Construction Coordination and Control Center, and the south side is close to the soil improvement ditch.

The target boiler of this project is a 50T natural gas-fired steam boiler. The user requires that the noise should not exceed 85dB when the burner is running smoothly. EBICO adapted a non-standard EC14GR burner to it according to the on-site working conditions. This series of burners use a wide air inlet silencer to replace the traditional silencer, providing a quiet audio-visual environment. While it can meet the various needs of users, it can easily reach the nitrogen oxide emission limit set by the local government of Belarus.
