Shaanxi PINGCHENGRELI Co., Ltd. Is the only municipal central heating service enterprise on the right bank of Bahe River, Chanba Ecological District. And it is the holding company of Xi'an Dongjiao Energy Co., Ltd that is subordinated of Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant. PINGCHENGRELI invested in the construction of No. 2 heating station and heating pipe network project in Chanba Ecological Zone. The plant covers an area of 58.393 mu. After completion, it can meet the total heating area of Chanba Ecological Zone of 16 million square meters. The project is divided into three phases, and the first phase of construction has been completed. The heating pipe network is about 11km, which can meet the heating area of 6.4 million square meters.

 

EBICO equipped 4 sets of 70MW gas-fired hot water boilers as the core heating equipment in the first phase of the project, which will send warmth to thousands of households in the Chanba Ecological Zone. EBICO customized a complete set of heating solutions according to its actual working conditions on site. The adapted EC19GR burner has a rated heating power of 70MW, a rated outlet water temperature of 130°C, and a design thermal efficiency of 96.4%. At present, the project has been completed. The continuous and stable "luminous heating" in Chanba District of Shaanxi can easily achieve nitrogen oxide emissions of less than 30mg/m³.
