Guangzhou Zengcheng 45-ton Steam Boiler Supporting Project of Combined Cooling Heating and Power

Huadian Corporation Project of Guanzhou Zengcheng is another energy industry "big deal" jointly developed by EBICO and China Huadian Corporation. It is the domestic combined cooling heating and power project with the largest single unit capacity, and the first domestic dual H-class gas turbine project. As one of the energy development plans of Guangzhou’s "13th Five-Year Plan", after the project is completed, it will supply clean energy to enterprises in the city and become an important energy support for the entire Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

After on-site inspection by EBICO technicians, the target boiler is a gas-fired steam boiler with a rated output of 45t/h and a rated steam temperature of 300°C. Boiler furnace dimensions: 11.5*3.5*2.5m (L*W*H). And the project requires that the burner adjustment ratio is not less than 1:6. Considering the multiple parameters, the EBICO EC14GR low nitrogen burner is considered to be the best choice. The maximum output power 44.65MW and the maximum gas volume 4465Nm3/h can fully meet the requirements of Huadian Group for burners.

EC-GR type low-nitrogen burner power range is 390 to 86000kw, and each burner is suitable for 6-120 tons boiler or 30-30 million calorie heat conduction oil furnace. Adopting all-electronic intelligent tuning and abstract simulation frequency technology, it can save up to 70% of the starting power. It is currently active in power plants in the world including Hangzhou Xiasha Power Plant and Indonesia Belden Power Plant, which is the "golden partner" of energy conservation transformation in power engineering projects.
