Tianjin Jinre Group of Central Heating Project with Burners Supporting 14-70MW Boiler

Tianjin is located in North part of China. Due to the influence of climate, there is a heating period of 4-5 months every year. Heating is the basic guarantee for the work and life of the local people, and it is also a legal guarantee. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei,  the 3 places are dependent on mountains and rivers and connected with each other. Therefore, even if Beijing has already achieved clean heating, Tianjin used coal and some natural gas as the main heating mode in the early stage, which caused the "haze" in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to increase.

 In 2019, 16 ministries including the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the ‘Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas 2019-2020 Autumn and Winter Air Pollution Comprehensive Control Action Plan’, which clearly stated that we should strictly prevent the consumption of dispersed media and coal, and promote clean heating.

EBICO has provided Tianjin Jinre Group with 12 units of 70MW, 5 units of 58MW, 4 units of 29MW, 1 unit of 21MW and 14MW series large industrial ultra-low nitrogen burners to meet the needs of low energy consumption and low emissions. The project has covered nearly 20 million square meters of heating areas. It has solved the heating problems of local people in winter, and has contributed to the reduction of local haze to a certain extent. It has not only successfully achieved low nitrogen, but also has reduced energy consumption, greatly improved overall operating efficiency, and provided favorable technical support for Tianjin Jinre's heating project.
