Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical 25-ton Gas Boiler Supporting EBICO Ultra-low Nitrogen Burner Project

As a gathering place of Chinese high-tech industries, Zhejiang has always been at the forefront of the country in building an environmentally friendly and resource-saving society. In order to meet the latest NOx emission standards in Zhejiang Province, Satellite Petrochemical and EBICO have reached a cooperation, that is to equipped 25-ton gas boilers with EBICO ultra-low nitrogen burners. After a third-party authoritative inspection, the NOx emission after the completion of the project is less than 30 mg/m3.

The EC-GR series of ultra-low nitrogen burners provided by EBICO for Satellite Petrochemical this time are suitable for clean fuels such as natural gas, with a rated output power of 390-86000kw and suitable for 0.5-120 ton boilers. EBICO technical team strives for perfection and develops low-nitrogen technologies such as multi-stage segmented oxygen distribution and central separation. The environmental protection effect has been continuously confirmed in project practice.
