Shandong Fangyuan Metal 20-ton Boiler Burner Low-nitrogen Renovation Project

Shandong Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals Group was founded in 1998. It is a group enterprise focusing on the production of copper, gold and silver, integrating the comprehensive extraction of rare and precious metals and the recycling of renewable resources. The output of electrolytic copper ranks 4^th in the country, and the output of gold and silver ranks among the top 10 in the country. It has been shortlisted among China's top 50 non-ferrous metals industry and China's top 500 companies for many years. The company has successively won the national "May 1^st" labor certificate, the national advanced collective of non-ferrous metal industry and other honorary titles.

While petrochemical companies gather in the Shandong region and contribute to the economic development of Shandong, they also bring serious environmental pollution problems. In order to eradicate the predicament of air pollution, Shandong Province issued the "Shandong Province Air Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations", which required "eliminate and dismantle small coal-fired boilers, scattered coal-fired boilers and other coal-fired boilers that do not meet the emission standards, and take measures against existing coal-fired boilers. The boiler undergoes ultra-low emission modification". Under this background, EBICO and Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals has reached an agreement.

EBICO has equipped the group’s 20-ton boiler with EC8GR low-nitrogen burners, which use clean energy natural gas as fuel, and fully meet the furnace size requirements after installation and commissioning. The comprehensive application of low-nitrogen technologies such as ultra-mixing and multi-stage segmented oxygen distribution makes it possible to achieve nitrogen oxide emission data below 30 mg/m3.
