Xinjiang Guanghui Thermal Power 29MW Boiler Supporting Low Nitrogen Burner Project

Xinjiang Guanghui Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. With the steady progress of the Western Development Strategy, Xinjiang’s industrialization has taken on a new look. However, the economic development also reflects the stubborn diseases such as ecological destruction and environmental pollution. In recent years, the curtain on the environmental protection transformation of Xinjiang boilers has been slowly opened.

As the capital of Xinjiang, Urumqi's "Gas Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard" has made stricter regulations on the emission of nitrogen oxides: From October 1, 2020, the nitrogen oxide emissions of in-use gas-fired boilers must be less than 60 mg/m3. Under this background, EBICO relied on its good reputation on the industry to provide low-nitrogen burners for Xinjiang Guanghui Thermal Power ,to accelerate the low-nitrogen environmental protection transformation of Xinjiang Guanghui Group.

Equipped with 7 sets of 29MW hot water boilers, EBICO selected EC12GR low-nitrogen burners for Xinjiang Guanghui Group. The burner uses natural gas as fuel, and the flame shape is greatly adjustable in real time, which can meet the matching requirements of various furnaces. Comprehensive use of the positive and negative oxygen combustion, central separation and other technologies, the third-party authoritative testing agency actually measured the NOx emission data of 47 mg/m3, which successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance.
