Low nitrogen transformation project of Xi’an Shangri-la 4-Ton hot water boiler burner

Xi'an Shangri-La Hotel is located in the hinterland of Xi'an high tech Industrial Development Zone, adjacent to the city's largest business district and senior entertainment shopping district. The location is excellent, including Qin terracotta warriors, Xi'an ancient city wall, Dayan Pagoda and other cultural landscapes, which can be easily reached from the hotel. Xi'an Shangri-La Hotel has 393 rooms and Suites, providing high standard intimate service and convenient and comfortable experience. The ability of heat supply is the basis of the quality of life for the hotel industry.

Considering that the target boiler is 4Ton hot water boiler, the technical team of EBICO decided to use ES300GE burner after investigation. This type of burner is suitable for natural gas and other clean energy as fuel, and adopts low nitrogen stable flame combustion, multi-stage sectional oxygen distribution and other first-line environmental protection technologies. After completing the project, the NOx emission has been successfully reduced to below 30mg / Nm3, becoming another effort of EBICO in the low nitrogen transformation of the hotel industry.
