Shanghai Hutchison pharmaceutical’s 10 ton es-g series steam boiler burner project

Shanghai Hutchison Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the first joint venture of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai. It was founded in 2001. Its predecessor is the former Shanghai No.1 pharmaceutical factory of traditional Chinese medicine, which was merged by four century old pharmacies, i.e. Hu Qingyu, Lei yunshang, Cai Tongde and Tong Hanchun, in 1958. It mainly produces proprietary Chinese medicine, chemical pharmaceutical preparations, antibiotics and biological products.

The process of traditional Chinese medicine involves extraction, concentration, drying, sterilization and so on, which need to use steam as the heat source. Based on this, Shanghai Hutchison Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. purchased ES800GE burners with natural gas as the main fuel from EBICO to meet the needs of its 10 ton steam boiler.

EBICO ES-G series burners are electronic proportional regulation digital burners designed and developed for hot blast furnaces and boilers, adhering to EBICO's four concepts of safety, energy saving, environmental protection and intelligence. This time, EBICO has cooperated with Shanghai Hutchison pharmaceutical industry, and EBICO engineers have conducted field research, visited the pharmaceutical process of yellow pharmaceutical industry, adjusted the parameters of burners, making them more suitable for actual production.
