Hunan Miluo domestic waste incineration power plant project

China Everbright Group Co., Ltd., founded in Hong Kong in May 1983, is a large-scale financial holding group with full license across China and overseas, which is engaged in banking, securities, insurance, asset management, trust, futures, financial leasing and other financial businesses, as well as ecological environmental protection, new energy, culture and tourism, medicine and other industrial businesses.

Hunan Miluo municipal solid waste incineration power plant is one of the key projects invested and constructed by Everbright Group in the BOT (construction operation transfer) mode, with a total investment of 36975 million yuan. The first phase of the project has a daily treatment capacity of 600 tons and an annual treatment capacity of 180000 tons of solid waste. It was officially put into operation in December 2019, with a daily power generation capacity of 150000 kwh.

The Miluo project is jointly operated by BICO and Everbright environmental protection technology equipment (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. EuBICO is mainly responsible for providing supporting burners for Everbright environmental protection waste incinerators. Each garbage incinerator is equipped with two ES300GM ignition burners and one EP9GE auxiliary burner. The flue gas emission of the whole waste power generation project fully conforms to the national standards, and the daily average value of the flue gas online detection index is comprehensively better than the EU 2010 standard. This is another successful case of EBICO and Everbright as strategic partners after the successful cooperation of Huangshan waste incineration power plant.
