As the only waste treatment plant on the island, Phuket solid waste incineration plant needs to process nearly one thousand tons of waste every day on average, and this number will even nearly double in the peak tourist season. In the process of waste incineration, a large amount of heat energy will be generated, which will be used for power generation. Thailand's power supply is relatively short, and the natural gas reserve as the main power generation energy has been seriously insufficient. Waste incineration power generation can not only solve the environmental problems caused by a large number of waste, but also promote the diversification of energy and supplement the power supply.

In order to deal with the increasingly serious problem of waste treatment, Phuket solid waste incineration plant purchased two ES300GM burners from EBICO for ignition and start-up, and two EP8QE burners for combustion supporting, which were used in two 250D / t waste incinerators.

The EBICO es-g series monoblock burners use natural gas as the main fuel, the maximum power of a single set is 4200kW, the maximum gas consumption is 420nm ³ / h. The body adopts stainless steel nozzle, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. Each ignition burner is equipped with a walking car, which can easily move the burner out from the furnace.

It is also convenient for incinerator cleaning. The EBICO EP series split-type burners use light oil as the main fuel, and the body is also made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. It is equipped with a pneumatic expansion device, which is used to automatically extract the suspended igniter and spray gun from the radiation area of the furnace, so as to prevent them from high temperature radiation and delayed corrosion.
