As “one belt, one road” project, Zhejiang Hengyi Petrochemical Co. cooperates with Brunei government, and it is also the largest overseas investment project of domestic private enterprises. The original processing capacity of the first phase project is up to 8 million tons / year, and the annual production of p-xylene and benzene is up to 1.5 million tons and 500000 tons respectively. The production capacity of the second phase project can be doubled.
