Yihai Kerry Group steam boiler / heat transfer oil furnace cooperation project

Yihai Kerry Group is one of the largest oil processing enterprise groups in China. The group's annual pressing capacity of oil seeds is 10 million tons, the annual refining capacity of oil and fat is 3 million tons, and the extraction capacity is 1 million tons. The export of soybean meal accounts for more than 70% of the total annual export volume of the country.

In order to improve the quality and value of grain and oil products, Yihai Kerry Group signed a cooperation agreement with EBICO, and EBICO (China) successively provided about 50 low nox burners for them to match their thermal furnace and  steam boiler.

These two series of burners are new type of electronic nitrogen burner developed by EBICO based on the four concepts of safety, energy saving, environmental protection and intelligence, with a burn out rate of nearly 100%, which can save 2% fuel oil and 40% startup electric energy of yihaijiari, and the emission of NOx (nitrogen oxide) can be controlled below 30mg / m3, fully in line with the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years Strategy.
