Turkmenistan's South Yolotan, a vast oil field near the Afghan border, is now producing natural gas, and Turkmenistan will more than double its exports to China in the next few years. The UK's independent audit agency estimates that South Jordan's natural gas reserves may reach 21.2 trillion cubic meters (750 trillion cubic feet), making it the world's second-largest natural gas reserve, second only to the South Pars gas field shared by Iran and Qatar.
According to Turkmenistan’s energy officials, by 2020, this country will increase its natural gas exports to China from 25 billion cubic meters this year to 65 billion cubic meters per year. In this context, EBICO has entered into a strategic partnership with Turkmenistan's South Yolotan oil field, providing 10 GT50S burners to 110 tons of steam boilers.
The GT50S burner is one of EBICO's core products and can be adapted to various working conditions. Turkmenistan is located in the desert, which has high requirements for high temperature and explosion protection of burners, and EBICO's custom burners for South Yolotan can effectively cope with extreme weather in Turkmenistan.
