Flameless burner

Generally, the air is sucked in by the pilot, and is fully premixed with the gas, and the combustion is completed instantly in the high-temperature fire channel. The thermal intensity of the fire channel is high, and the combustion temperature is also high. Flameless burners are widely used in industrial heating and drying processes.
Flat flame burner
The flame is a flat shape gas burner. Figure 2 shows a double-spin flat flame burner. The air and gas flow out separately through the cyclone, and the two are strongly mixed in a cyclonic state and then enter the flare flame channel for combustion. Due to the centrifugal force of the airflow and the wall effect, a flat flame is formed at the exit of the fire escape. This kind of burner has uniform temperature, heats up faster and can save gas, but the technical requirements for processing and installation are higher.
