Burner structure

Burner is a kind of mechatronic equipment with high degree of automation, which usually exists as a supporting component of heat-using equipment such as boilers, heat-conducting oil furnaces, hot air furnaces, rotary kilns and asphalt mixing plants. Generally speaking, according to the functional characteristics of the burner, it can be divided into ignition system, fuel system, air supply system, electric control system and monitoring system. 1、Ignition system

The function of ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, ignition high voltage cable.

2、Fuel system

The function of the fuel system is to ensure that the fuel required for the combustion of the burner. The fuel system of oil burner mainly has: oil pipe and connector, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater. Gas burner mainly has filter, regulator, solenoid valve group, ignition solenoid valve group.

3、Air supply system

The function of the air supply system is to send a certain wind speed and volume of air into the combustion chamber, and its main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, air door controller, air door stall, diffusion disk.

4、Electrical control system

The electric control system is the command center and contact center of the burner structure, the main control components are program controllers, for different burners with different program controllers, common program controllers are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series, the main difference is that the time of each program step is different.

5、Monitoring system

The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the burner, and its main components are flame monitor, pressure monitor, monitor the temperature, etc.
