Soon after cooperating with Fenjiu Group, one of the eight famous wines in China, we successfully won the bid for two 10-ton steam boilers imported from Germany in the Jiangsu Conference Center. EBICO has customized a low-nitrogen retrofit supporting plan suitable for its working conditions. Standing in the second half of 2020, EBICO ushered in joy again and again, and marched towards the set goal with steady and strong steps!
Jiangsu Conference Center is one of the largest hotels in Jiangsu Province, ranked among the top 100 conference hotels in China in 2019, and has hosted many large-scale conferences and important events at home and abroad. The conference center has received many meetings of party and government agencies and is also the venue for the seventh plenary meeting of the 13th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, Jiangsu Conference Center actively responded to the government's call for the "Blue Sky Protection Campaign" policy to transform the original boilers with higher emission coefficients into low nitrogen. Jiangsu Conference Center chose EBICO for this low-nitrogen retrofit project among many fiercely competitive bidders, which is because of the cognitive agreement between the two parties in terms of environmental protection awareness and energy-saving operation, and the recognition of the product quality and service attitude of EBICO!
The two 10-ton LOOS steam boilers in the Jiangsu Conference Center were originally imported from Germany and used to be equipped with the world famous brand Of Weishaupt burners. But now the emission coefficients can no longer meet the current environmental protection requirements. Without changing the boiler's body structure and affecting the boiler's inefficiency and output, EBICO’s professional technical team selects ES800GE (natural gas) and ES800GGE (natural gas, light oil) ultra-low nitrogen burners according to the actual working conditions on site, Which satisfies the user's requirements for greatly reducing nitrogen oxide emissions. The ultra-low nitrogen burners used in this project are suitable for a wide range of fuels, such as natural gas and light oil. They can still meet normal operation requirements even under tight gas supply conditions.
