2020 2nd China Waste Incineration Power Generation Technology Application Innovation Summit Forum hosted by Beijing Smart Core Information Consulting Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Changzhou from August 6th to 7th. As a representative of enterprises leading the trend of technological innovation, EBICO was invited to participate in the event. Combining with the current operating status of the national urban and rural domestic waste incineration power generation industry, we will make suggestions on how to promote waste incineration power generation related issues under the policy guidance of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" national urban domestic waste incineration facility construction plan.
Waste Incineration System Process
Director of EBICO Channel Department, Shen Chunhua, shared the application of EBICO combustion technology in waste incinerators at the summit from 10 am to 10:30 am on August 6th. Shen Chunhua pointed out that in order to reduce the production of toxic gases such as dioxins, the national environmental protection requirements have increased, and the furnace flue gas temperature of 850 ℃ needs to be tested online. The start-up of the burner during the operation of the waste incinerator is not only used for ignition, and the start-up of the burner does not stop during the heating process. The start-up and auxiliary burners of many incinerators in use are still relatively primitive, and it is more difficult to talk about the functions of intelligence, remote transmission and automation. Some furnaces have a temperature of less than 850°C, so they need to be upgraded.
At the meeting, Shen Chunhua took the actual cases of EBICO users as the starting point, combined with current policy orientation and waste incineration system processes, and described the characteristics and advantages of waste incineration burners in actual use. EBICO's product research and development always follows market needs, adheres to the product design concept of "wisdom, energy saving, environmental protection, and safety", and implements the new development concept of industry innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing.
August 7 afternoon,The conference affairs team arranged the representatives of EBICO and other conferee visited Everbright Group’s project (Qiubai Shuyuan) in Yaoguan Town, Changzhou City. And it is Chinese first non-walled waste-to-energy project. Everbright Group invested 140 million yuan in the implementation of the “opening of plant boundaries and ultra-low emissions” in 2019, to build the Changzhou Waste Incineration Power Generation Project as the first non-walled, fully open, and ultra-low-emission neighboring waste-to-energy power plant in China.
The purpose of this summit is to promote innovation in the waste incineration industry and to strengthen the current status of the waste incineration power generation industry and exchanges of advanced technology and experience based on current hot spots in the industry, so that practitioners can work together to contribute to the sustainable development of the waste incineration power generation industry.
