Changyi Longchi Chemical Industry Park is located in Weifang City, Shandong Province. It is a certified provincial-level chemical park, and has absorbed many major projects including Haineng Chemical and Sanli Bennuo. In order to alleviate the shortage of heat supply in Longchi Industrial Park and realize the green upgrade of heat supply, Rongchang Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Changyi Urban Development and Construction Investment Group, selected EBICO EC-GR series combustion equipment to provide high-quality heat sources for enterprises in the park.

EBICO EC-GR series high-tech low-nitrogen burner adopts multi-channel staggered layer technology to avoid adverse effects on combustion caused by high-temperature areas or overlapping areas. The large adjustment ratio further maintains the heat balance in the combustion space, ensuring heat supply from the root of stability.

The DCS distributed control system adopts a multi-layer hierarchical, cooperative and autonomous structure to improve the safety and operation efficiency of the production site. NOx emissions are stable within 30mg/m³, taking into account economic, environmental, social and other benefits to create a green and circular low-carbon demonstration park.

EBICO Burner recommends Changyi Rongchang Energy 3×75 tons/hour heating project to learn about Cases for Heating Industry the advantages of EBICO Burner safety, energy saving and environmental protection. You can also learn more about other Cases for Heating Industry application cases of EBICO Burner.
Feedback: EBICO burner operation is safe and stable, and high-quality service and performance make the project progress steadily.
