The filter is used to filter out impurities and oil in the fuel gas to ensure the normal operation of the burner valve group. According to the quality of gas, the filter should be cleaned regularly. If wet gas is used, the air inlet valve can be closed periodically, the valve under the filter can be unscrewed, and the settled liquid can be discharged into a special container for dumping. Then, the upper cover can be removed, and the fastening screws of the filter screen can be loosened to remove the filter screen and the attached dirt. If clean dry gas is used, the cleaning cycle can be extended.

(1) Check whether the valve in the pipeline is open and whether the oil filter is working normally, and clean the filter screen of the oil pump

A Possible reasons: (The following reasons refer to what happens when the burner is used in the positive pressure furnace of the boiler)
a. It may be that the internal pressure of the furnace itself is too high.
b. It may also be that the diameter of the smoke exhaust pipe is too small or there are too many turns. At the same time, please check whether the smoke exhaust passage is blocked. If a chimney baffle is installed, please pay attention to whether it has been opened. If the resistance in the furnace is too high, it will make a vibration noise when it catches fire. In addition, if the pressure of gas is too high, it will make a special noise when it catches fire.
