Belarusian Agricultural And Industrial Complex Project

The location of the Belarusian Agricultural and Industrial Complex Project is in the Puhovichsky District of Minsk Oblast, the capital of Belarus. The total area is approximately 160 hectares. The main construction contents include: a lysine plant with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, a tryptophan factory with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons, a high-tech balanced compound feed production plant with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons, a oilseed crop processing plant with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, a 600,000-ton silo grain warehouse with drying facilities, a grain raw material production base with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons, supporting infrastructure projects and on-site pipelines, etc. As a typical case of Belarus achieving "green economy", this project, upon completion, will create 2,000 job opportunities for the local area, will fill the technological gap in Belarus' biotechnology field, and create new value for achieving import substitution and product export. The successful completion and commissioning of this project is also a practical achievement of China Machinery Construction Company actively serving the "Belt and Road" initiative and achieving joint prosperity and win-win development.

Based on the investigation and analysis, the EBICO team adopted the EC-R series large-scale low-nitrogen combustion equipment and control system. Through intelligent integrated control, it combined the central control of heating equipment and combustion equipment. Even during high-load operation, it could precisely control the temperature and evenly distribute the heat to each production workshop. This project was put into operation at the end of 2022. The commissioning of this project not only enables the substitution of imported amino acid products and realizes foreign exchange earnings, providing a guarantee for the continuous development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Belarus, but also provides a large number of job opportunities for the region where the project is located, and can create comprehensive economic and social benefits. During the service period, the Oubao technical team regularly organized global inspections to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment. This project is unique not only in Europe but also in the post-Soviet countries region.
