Shanxi XINGHUACUN FENJIU 75-ton Steam Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Transformation Project

SHANGXI XINGHUACUN FENJIU DISTILLERY CO.,LTD. is the core subsidiary of Fenjiu Group and is the first share of Chinese liquor. XINGHUACUN FENJIU DISTILLERY covers an area of 3.13 million square meters. It is mainly engaged in the production and operation of Chinese famous wines, Fenjiu and Bamboo Leaf Green Liquor, with an annual production and sales of more than 75,000 kiloliters of liquor. And it is a national "AAAA"-level industrial tourism demonstration site and a national wine culture academic activity base. What’s more, it is regarded as the leader in the revitalization of the food industry in Shanxi Province.

The environmental pollution problem in Shanxi Province has always been one of the important obstacles to the delay of Shanxi's modernization transformation, which is reflected in the "coal to gas" technical transformation of boilers at the level of thermal machinery. This time, XINGHUACUN FENJIU DISTILLERY needed to implement low-nitrogen transformation of the 75-ton steam boiler. EBICO successfully won the bid with its professional and sincere industry quality. After on-site inspection by technicians, EBICO was decided to equip a single steam boiler with 4 EC8GR (VIC) low-nitrogen burners. After the commissioning of the project, the measured emission of nitrogen oxides was less than 30 mg/m3. In the process of cooperation with well-known wine companies such as Sichuan LANGJIU and Shanxi FENJIU, EBICO’s burner with VIC new technology has gradually been recognized by the market.
