EBICO EP-Q/NQ is a compact split gun-type electronic proportional industrial oil burner, specially developed for thermal oil boilers and hot air furnaces. It supports multi-fuel combustion including light oil, heavy oil, emulsified oil and bio-oil, with power coverage of 85–33500 kW, perfectly matching 300,000–30,000,000 kcal thermal oil furnaces. Built on EBICO’s 60+ years thermal combustion technology, it integrates safety, energy-saving, eco-friendly and intelligent control into one unit, widely adopted in global industrial heating production lines.

Supports full range of liquid fuels including light diesel, heavy fuel oil, waste emulsified oil and biofuel. Factories can switch fuels freely according to local fuel cost without replacing the whole combustion system, greatly reducing production operating costs.
Adopts full digital proportional control system, automatically adjust oil supply and air intake ratio in real time according to boiler load changes. Achieve complete atomization & full combustion, reduce black smoke and carbon deposit, fuel consumption cut by 8%-15% compared with traditional mechanical burners.
Equipped with flame loss detection, oil pressure interlock, air pressure protection, over-temperature shutdown and anti-leakage oil circuit design. Automatic cut-off fuel supply once abnormal signal detected, eliminate fire hazards during long-term continuous industrial operation.
Modular split gun layout, reserved large maintenance access window. No need to disassemble the whole unit from boiler when replacing nozzle, filter and wearing parts; standard flange interface fits most mainstream thermal oil furnaces on the market.
