EBICO EP-G series is a compact split gun-type electronic proportional digital burner specially customized for thermal oil furnaces and hot air furnaces. Rooted in EBICO’s 60+ years thermal combustion R&D experience (brand founded in 1965), this model integrates four core design concepts: Safety, Energy Saving, Low NOx Emission, Intelligent Control.
Equipped with exclusive VIC vacuum internal mixing ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, EP-G achieves NOx emission below 30mg/m³ without extra FGR flue gas recirculation system, fully meeting global strict industrial environmental standards. The power coverage ranges from 85kW to 33500kW, perfectly matching 30–3000 million kcal thermal oil furnaces, covering small workshop to large industrial park heating demand.
Suitable fuel: Pure natural gas (LNG/CNG/LPG optional customized version). Adopts full electronic proportional linkage adjustment of air & gas, stable combustion under fluctuating gas pressure, high combustion efficiency close to 100%, effectively cutting gas consumption and long-term operation cost for factories.
Original VIC layered internal mixing combustion structure, graded air distribution & vortex disturbance flame technology. NOx ≤30mg/m³ without flue gas recirculation, save pipeline, fan and installation investment for low-nitrogen renovation projects.
Dual servo motor synchronous linkage control for air damper and gas valve, real-time matching air-fuel ratio under 0–100% load adjustment. Avoid incomplete combustion, reduce carbon deposition and gas waste by 8–15% compared with traditional mechanical linkage burners.
Multi-layer safety interlock design: gas pressure high/low protection, air pressure detection, flame ion monitoring, overheat protection, anti-leak solenoid valve group, automatic fault alarm & lockout. Real-time fault code display, prevent ignition failure, flameout, gas leakage risks.
Split layout separates fan, gas valve group and control cabinet, reserved maintenance access ports. Lightweight integral aluminum alloy housing, corrosion-resistant, low wind resistance, reduce running noise by 30% vs ordinary burners. Adapt to narrow furnace room layout of thermal oil heaters.

A1: Adopting EBICO exclusive VIC vacuum internal mixing low-nitrogen technology, EP-G can control NOx below 30mg/m³ without installing FGR flue gas recirculation device. It can directly meet strict environmental standards in Europe, China, Southeast Asia and other regions, saving extra equipment and construction cost.
A2: Standard models cover 50–1500 Mcal thermal oil furnaces, the overall power range of the whole series reaches 85–33500kW, matching 30–3000 Mcal furnaces. We support non-standard customized ultra-large power burners according to customer furnace parameters.
A3: Yes. The digital controller can be connected with furnace temperature sensor, pressure controller to realize automatic start-stop, load automatic adjustment according to set temperature, fully unmanned automatic operation, greatly reduce manual operation.
A4: EP-G uses dual servo full electronic proportional air-gas linkage system, equipped with gas pressure high/low protection and stable mixing head structure. Within the allowable gas pressure fluctuation range, the flame remains stable without extinguishing, and automatically alarms and locks if pressure exceeds the safe threshold to avoid safety hazards.
A5: 1. Monthly: Clean burner air inlet filter, check gas pipeline joints for air leakage, inspect servo motor running status.
2. Quarterly: Dismantle and clean combustion head, check ignition electrode and flame detection probe.
3. Annual: Comprehensive inspection of solenoid valves, control circuit, safety interlock system, replace aging sealing parts.
