The EC-GNQR dual-fuel low-nitrogen burner is engineered for industrial boilers operating under complex fuel conditions and long-hour production cycles. It allows seamless switching between gas and liquid fuels while maintaining stable combustion performance. With an electronic proportional control system, the burner automatically adjusts air and fuel supply based on real-time load demand to ensure precise heat output.
Covering a wide power range from 390 to 86,000 kW, the EC-GNQR series matches boiler capacities from 6T to 120T. It is widely applied in industries requiring reliable steam, thermal oil heating, and strict emission control.
Working Principle
The EC-GNQR burner operates using an electronic proportional combustion control system. During operation, the controller continuously monitors boiler load and synchronizes the air supply with the selected fuel input.
Gas or oil enters the combustion chamber through independent fuel channels and mixes with precisely regulated airflow. Multi-stage flame stabilization structures ensure uniform heat release and stable ignition. This control logic enables high combustion efficiency while simultaneously suppressing NOx formation during the entire operating cycle.
