Project scale: Ten EP and ES Series burners covering approximately 48 MW


EBICO participated in the conversion of Markor Furniture’s original biomass combustion system to natural gas. Ten EP and ES Series burners were installed to meet both manufacturing and facility-heating requirements, with the full conversion completed within 90 days.


Before the retrofit, NOx emissions reached approximately 200 mg/Nm³. Following commissioning, emissions were reduced to below 30 mg/Nm³, with denitrification efficiency reaching up to 80%.

Project scale: 25-ton-per-hour coal-to-gas conversion


The original coal-fired boiler system suffered from slow control response and insufficient steam output under full production loads. EBICO introduced low-NOx combustion technology and an automated control system to improve steam supply stability and production continuity.


Staged combustion and central mixing technologies helped suppress NOx formation. According to the project results, boiler thermal efficiency increased by 30%. Compatibility with the existing monitoring system and retained equipment also reduced the scope and cost of the retrofit.

EBICO supplied seven EP7GE burners for Geely’s automotive manufacturing facility. The burners provide stable heat for high-temperature drying in the coating workshop and for thermal processes used in component production.


Multi-channel air and fuel distribution, central mixing and staged combustion deliver a combustion completion rate close to 100%. Field measurements showed NOx emissions below 30 mg/m³. Low-noise operation and control-system compatibility also allowed the burners to integrate with the factory’s intelligent production platform.
