The Custom EC-GR Series low nitrogen burners are engineered for medium to ultra-large industrial boiler systems operating between 4 and 120 tons per hour. With thermal output ranging from 3900 kW to 86,000 kW, the series enables precise matching between burner capacity and boiler load, avoiding efficiency loss caused by oversizing.


By integrating VIC low-nitrogen combustion architecture with electronic proportional adjustment, the EC-GR Series maintains stable flame structure under fluctuating load conditions while achieving ultra-low NOx emissions without relying on flue gas recirculation. Its modular skid-mounted body structure allows flexible installation, fast commissioning, and long service life under continuous industrial operation.
